These Terms govern your access to and use of Chinese Model API Gateway, an API service that provides access to supported AI models through a developer-oriented interface.
We provide API access, virtual API keys, usage tracking, and prepaid credits for supported AI model routes. Model availability, pricing, and performance may change.
You are responsible for your account, API keys, credentials, and all usage under your account. Keep API keys secret and rotate them if compromised.
Credits are used to pay for API usage. During MVP testing, payment may be manual or test-mode only. Production payment terms will be published before launch.
You may not use the service for unlawful, abusive, harmful, deceptive, or policy-violating activity. See our Acceptable Use Policy.
We may process API requests, responses, metadata, and usage logs to provide, secure, debug, and improve the service. Do not submit sensitive personal data unless you have rights and safeguards to do so.
The service is provided on a best-effort basis during MVP. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, latency, model output quality, or upstream provider availability.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” without warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages.
We may update these Terms. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
