Refund Policy

1. Prepaid Credits

Credits are prepaid and used for API usage. Consumed credits are generally non-refundable because upstream model costs are incurred when requests are processed.

2. Refund Window

Unused credits may be eligible for refund within 7 days of purchase, subject to fraud checks, payment processor rules, and any applicable fees.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

• Credits already used for API requests.
• Accounts suspended for abuse, fraud, or policy violations.
• Promotional, free, bonus, or test credits.
• Chargebacks or disputes initiated outside the stated process.

4. Service Issues

If a confirmed platform-side issue causes failed charges or unusable service, we may issue credits or refunds at our discretion.

Email support@example.com with your account email, order ID, amount, and reason.
